TATA IPL 2026: SunRisers Hyderabad vs Lucknow Super Giants, Match 10 - Preview

SunRisers Hyderabad are back home and in their first home match of TATA IPL 2026, they will face Lucknow Super Giants on Sunday afternoon.
A scintillating all-round performance last time at the Eden Gardens saw us register a 65-run victory against Kolkata Knight Riders. Heinrich Klaasen scored a half-century, while Travis Head, Abhishek Sharma and Nitish Kumar Reddy made vital contributions to take us to 226/8 batting first.
With the ball, Jaydev Unadkat shone with three wickets while Nitish Kumar Reddy and Eshan Malinga picked two wickets each. For his all-round exploits, Nitish was named Player of the Match.
Skipper Ishan Kishan currently leads the run-scoring charts for SRH, with 84 runs to his credit in two matches. Jaydev Unadkat, meanwhile, took the Purple Cap at the end of the previous match, having taken his wicket tally to four in two games.
Our bowling attack collectively delivered a big performance, becoming the only team to defend a total successfully in TATA IPL 2026. Besides Unadkat, Malinga and Nitish, youngsters Harsh Dubey and Shivang Kumar chipped in with impressive spells. Harsh Dubey took the new ball and got one big breakthrough, while Shivang, making his debut, continued to trouble the batters with his wrist spin.
With the added energy after an impressive win, the SunRisers Hyderabad are all set to give it their all in front of our Orange Army for the first time this season. Together, Let’s Play with Fire.
